Ingredients
150 g rye flour
50 g white flour
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt (according to taste)
35 g oat flakes
35 g sunflower seeds
35 g flax
35 g sesame
10 g almonds
1.5 dl of water
1 dl of olive oil
Directions
Put the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix them with a spoon until uniform. Add water and olive oil, then stir with a spoon to blend everything. Take the dough and knead it with your hands.
The mixture should be slightly sticky, but add a little flour if it becomes too sticky. If it is too dry, add some water. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about an hour to cool.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out to a thickness of 3 millimeters. Cut shapes as desired. Place them in a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake the crackers in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 20 minutes or until slightly darkened.
